Description: Creative cuisine, exotic and mediterranean fusion. Azulon is a metrompolitan restuarant just like if you were in Paris or Madrid. Pablo Pastor does light and healthy specialities with fresh seasonal quality products.

we went to the azulon on the 21-12-11 for our wedding anniversary. The food and service is superb and you must try the tasting plate! The only thing is that you need a taxi to find it. It cost us 6euro from club atlantis apartments, peurto colon, las americas.

Azulon is a "fantastic" restaurant and we think it is one of the best on the Island. The tasting menu at € 28 was really fantastic! We never have eaten such a delicious menu for such a cheap price. Pablo Pastor and Laurent Galimant are both excellent chefs. Also the service of Karl Breuninger was excellent. We can recommend this restaurant to everyone who loves nice food for a nice price! You will be delighted!!!

Just so chic! Love this place. The food is excellent with an exotic touch, very fine wines and a lovely atmosphere. try this one!

Vale la pena dar el salto por los Altos del Roque con sus preciosas vistas. El Azulon es un restaurante moderno y chic, agradable y limpio. Pablo’s cocina divinamente sus platos creativos, mediterráneos.. Es también un sitio donde comer una ensalada fresca por el medio día en un restaurante metropolitano aquí por el sur de Tenerife. .

Nicola Picciau was born in Milan in 1978, and from an early age he displayed a passion for cooking and working in kitchens, as was the family tradition, inherited from their ancestors. He first learnt his cooking skills from his Grandmother's farm in Sardinia, where he kept his large family happy with various Mediterranean recipes.
