Description: After 13 years in Tenerife, Damien opens a new restaurant in the South of the Island. In a calm and residential area near Aqualand, only 5 minutes from Los Cristianos or Las Americas. A very nice wine bodega will acompany a daily special fresh dish such as marinated foi gras sprinkled with rasberry sauce, fresh fish of the day or a tender meat dish. The terrace is very nice for summer evening dinners.

He first learnt his cooking skills from his Grandmother's farm in Sardinia, where he kept his large family happy with various Mediterranean recipes.
