Description: The Indian restaurant Bombay Blue’s Head Chef, Abbas Safdar has created a wonderous and exotic menu fit for an Emperor. Using two traditional Tandoor ovens classic dishes are beautifully made, while more innovative creations, such as just one of the house specials, Methi Ghost – tender lamb, cooked with tomatoes, fenugreek leaves and hot spices are there to tempt diners.
The Tandoori Indian cuisine in this Tenerife restaurant is lovingly prepared using the freshest of produce; the secret of this style of cooking lying in the base ingredients in which the meats are marinated – yoghurt, cream, ginger and a range of authentic herbs and spice.
Open daily from 5pm Bombay Blue is a large Indian restaurant and can cater for celebratory groups, boasting a large terrace area and inside you can dine against a back drop depicting Indian iconic images. It has disabled facilities with the added benefit that you can park underneath in the Safari centre, Playa de las Americas.

Food was lovely. Staff very helpful and welcoming, except for the waiter who took our order. We got vegetable instead of chicken pakora, and when we asked for it to be changed he re-appeared and was practically wagging his finger in my face saying I had ordered veg pakora. Strange how the chicken pakora arrived within a minute or so of us querying it? Think they maybe got our order confused with another table. Pity, as we would definitely have returned with several friends in tow. Plenty other really good restaurants in PDLA, so won't be going back to that one!

Me and my friend had an absolutely beatiful dinner at the Bombay Blue. We went shopping in the Safari Center and stopped to try this new restaurant. I must say that this is the best Indian Tandoori in las Americas. Modern, clean and elegant. Love the food and the friendly staff! To reccomend!

New addition to the CC Safari's restaurant-level. Excellent food, authentic Indian style, (try the basmati-rice -or as our 6 y/o daughter called it, the rainbow-rice) attentive and friendly staff. Needs some more promotion, cause it was not as full as the other restaurants in the vincinity
