Description: The Mongolian BBQ in Los Cristianos is a groundbreaking new restaurant on Tenerife, serving the tradition of the Mongolian cuisine. The unequaled flavor of this native cuisine by the nomads of Mongolia, reflects their lives directly through the products of their kitchen. Due to geographic proximity and deep historic history, Mongolian cuisine is also influenced by Asian, Chinese and Russian cuisine. Through the fusion of the asiatic cusine, like recipes from Hong Kong, Sushi variations and of course the BBQ buffet the guests can expect planty of authentic menus.

At the Mongolian BBQ the guest is the Chef!

They can create their own meal, choose from a wide fresh variety of Asian and European vegetables, different sorts of meat, fish and seafood - everything then low fat fried by the Chefs on the hot stir fry Grill on about 600ºC. This way of cooking originates of a historic legend of the 12th century, where Mongol warriors, led by the mighty warrior GENGHIS KHAN, heated their shields over open fires to grill food in the fields of battle!

Also the Restaurant Mongolian BBQ offers a "Japanese Sushi Bar" and a menu card with a fine selection of cross-over asiatic dishes. What ever the guest prefers - it looks fantastic, it’s cooked gently, rich in vitamins and incredibly delicious!

The grand inauguration will be on the 01.November 2010 under the theme of Mongolia / Genghis Khan, accompanied by a live concert of band CORVUS CORAX.
