Description: With the strengthening of rural tourism in Tenerife, this marvellous finca, extending to 1,700 metres in height, has become a place accessible to all, establishing in a personal way, a profound relationship with the canarian wine culture in its highest expression. We have toasted simultaneously this applauded restaurant with its elegant rusticity, in whose interior the purest recipes of traditional Canarian kitchen are recovered, with another possibility: that of challenging the diners hedonisitc pleasures, going to the taste sensations of the upgraded Canarian kitchen, from the hands of chef David Moraga. David, always accompanied by Maria Fernanda, his inseperable working partner, clarifies that "gastronomic hedonism" does not neccessarily signify high costs, "these are unneccesary in order to provide original and interesting flavours, which by searching, spontaneously appear if the end result is an increase in the pleasure of taste."

Tenerife Dining's Chef Of The Month

Nicola Picciau was born in Milan in 1978, and from an early age he displayed a passion for cooking and working in kitchens, as was the family tradition, inherited from their ancestors. He first learnt his cooking skills from his Grandmother's farm in Sardinia, where he kept his large family happy with various Mediterranean recipes.
