Description: The profound perception of the surroundings, an infinite view of the coast, plus the knowledgeable and sober rustic ambience, immediately gives approval to the premises. What is more important though, this viewpoint cannot be left without taking long lasting prints in the gastronomic memory too. This kitchen is capable of creating addiction if they continue advancing on the path that they have chosen: traditional cooking with perfect offers from the grill, and inventive cooking with the impact of "futuristic" flavours and aromas. The Canarian chefs, Bea and Kiko together with Eneko from Navarra, (who studied hostelry with Bea in Burlada, Navarra and comes from working with the "Michelin" star expert Koldo Rodero in his restaurant in Pamplona), form an enviable trio. The three are committed to combining quality with "exquisite taste", the minimum requirement that each dish should reach, according to their opinion. There is a short list of excellent wines.
