Description: The Chinese proverb "Food is a delight that amongst the most eye catching, natrual and simple it is, the more it can be compared to the highest pleasures". This is perhaps the gastronomic conception lying behind the chef who advises it, Enrique Valenti. A young man who has given an unimpeded touch to the roots of popular cuisine, strictly respecting flavours yet giving refined form to the ingredients. For Valenti, Spanish cooking is "robust and succulent, a fountain of enjoyment and health, amongst the best cooking forms in existence". All together the restaurant has been conceived to give satisfaction with sensitivity. They listen to the needs of their clients and establish a close relationship with them for their perfect enjoyment. The kitchen is polite and imaginative, service is quick and the wine is served well, conserved at 18 degrees in air conditioned areas. The menu is concise in appetisers, fish, meat and shellfish main courses.

Nicola Picciau was born in Milan in 1978, and from an early age he displayed a passion for cooking and working in kitchens, as was the family tradition, inherited from their ancestors. He first learnt his cooking skills from his Grandmother's farm in Sardinia, where he kept his large family happy with various Mediterranean recipes.
