Description: The Padron brothers have created a style far removed from the habitual profiles of catering, which are often prone to clinging on to the mundane. They look for refinement, flavours and sensuality in their dishes, they have achieved this at the cost of losing hours of sleep. Their premises express a personality conspirational against the ordinary, unconnected to narcissist overstatement, they do not exaggerate what they do, only presenting results. These two chefs are touched by the grace of creativity without losing their naturalness. Jonathan, like us has a sweet tooth, and on the table he offers us chocolate truffles, pineapple jelly, curry biscuits and orange clouds, which we devour forgetting that just before we had the pleasure of peaches with pistachios, chocolate sponge, coconut ice cream and cocoa beans. Thus giving a slow finish to a meal or rich oxtail with celery puree and truffle, mushroom cake with foie and some marvellous appetisers, of which it is impossible to forget the black olive churros.

Excellent Restaurant, my husband and I visited the resort last year and had a fantisic meal at the restaurant every night whilst we were there. Looking forward to returning at the end of this month.

Have just experienced what can be best descibed as our most memorable meal with two friends. If there is a restaurante better in Tenerife, I would love to experience it.

We have been regular visitors to Los Gigantes since
2006.

My husband, family and relatives all visit Juan Carlos
everytime we visit. Everyone is always delighted with
the exceptional food, the little extras, amazing wine
list and the excellent service. We just hope that it
never changes.

I have eaten at this restaurant on several occasions and it is without a doubt, the best on Tenerife. The food is fantastic, the service excellent and friendly - I just wish it was closer to Golf del Sur!

Nicola Picciau was born in Milan in 1978, and from an early age he displayed a passion for cooking and working in kitchens, as was the family tradition, inherited from their ancestors. He first learnt his cooking skills from his Grandmother's farm in Sardinia, where he kept his large family happy with various Mediterranean recipes.
