Enjoy the big selection of seasonal salads, excellent fresh meats, special steamed and delicate fish and shell-fish dishes of the region. What else could you expect from a chef whoes goal is not to surprise his guest but delight them with old, traditional and original dishes.
Water cress cream soup is as omnipresent as fresh cherne and rabbit in salmorejo sauce. Antonio -- a lover of good wine -- has chosen those vintages people like and accompamies his dishes best.
