Description: A splendid place where an assured selection of creative dishes have found theirmest in the midst of a restaurant full of amazing home-stlye food. This is a learned kitchen in the hands of Moises Rodriguez, who by simplicity and light flavours has made his mark, along with creative prudence being a rule of conduct. A chef who has joined together genius with moderation, with high results as becomes obvious in simple bread with "pata negra" and quails eggs, one of the many bread with toppings that he offers, you can appreciate the expertise of this chef, as elegant as he is efficient. From the home style kitchen, becoming very popular are exquisite "callos a la madrilena", as well as ham and toasted almond croguettes, over a cheese sauce. As Moises says, "they are always on the menu because the correct thing to do is not to withdraw dishes, rather add when possible new agreeable creations". There is also lamb or veal casserole and oxtail stew, the roast kid, lamb and pork, as well as inspired desserts.

Nicola Picciau was born in Milan in 1978, and from an early age he displayed a passion for cooking and working in kitchens, as was the family tradition, inherited from their ancestors. He first learnt his cooking skills from his Grandmother's farm in Sardinia, where he kept his large family happy with various Mediterranean recipes.
