Los Silos Restaurants
The name Los Silos is mentioned in 1509, and has many historic buildings and architecture to see. The restaurants with a special charm can be found in the areas of San Bernardo de Las Canteras (district shared with Buenavista del Norte), Aregume, Fátima, La Caleta de Interián (district shared with Garachico), Tierra del Trigo, Erjos (district shared with El Tanque), and San José. Nicola Picciau was born in Milan in 1978, and from an early age he displayed a passion for cooking and working in kitchens, as was the family tradition, inherited from their ancestors. He first learnt his cooking skills from his Grandmother's farm in Sardinia, where he kept his large family happy with various Mediterranean recipes.
