Description: The restaurant Sauco, light and airy, the décor is nautical with the accent on fishing. The seating for one of the tables resembles a typical Canarian fishing boat, and the rattan ceiling is hung with fishing nets through which trailing plants wind their way like vines. The atmosphere is further enhanced by the tempting aromas emanating from the kitchen.
Restaurant Sauco specialises in pasta and pizza, and you may even catch a glimpse of the chef lovingly making the pasta, pastry and bread on the premises. It just couldn’t be any fresher! The menu contains a good range of home made pasta dishes plus spaghettis and macaronis, with delicious toppings and sauces to suit all tastes.
Sauco also serves fresh fish and seafood, just check out the board for the fresh fish of the day which may include grilled sea bass or golden bream. There are also steaks, lamb chops, Iberian pork, chicken, tuna and bogavante (like lobster) dishes.
